Waist beads can be worn in the shower or bath. After you tie the beads around you, put nail glue or super glue on the knot for long-lasting results.
Fun Fact: Always remember when going to the bathroom, pull your beads up first and then pull your pants down. This will prevent the beads from snagging on your pants.
**If you want to be able to take your beads on and off, you will have to tie the beads lower fitting, under your belly button. You can then roll the beads over your head when you are ready to remove them.
